Wearing 20lb vest

Perfect Push up 7 reps
squats 10 reps

18 rounds for 15 minutes

Modified handstand Push up 5 reps
double unders 30

20 rounds for 15 minutes

close grip chin 2 reps
neck raises 5 reps

20 rounds 10 minutes
